2. License Grant

Upon purchasing a valid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AutoMark on the number of devices specified by your license plan.

• 1-Year License: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• 2-Year License: Valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
• Lifetime License: Valid indefinitely for the licensed version and all future updates.

3. Trial Access

We may offer trial access to the Software at our discretion. Trials are provided "as-is" and may be limited in features or duration. Trial access does not guarantee future availability or pricing.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Software.
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend your license to any third party.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are and remain the exclusive property of AutoMark. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

6. Payment & Refunds

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers.

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Software, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. After this period, all sales are final.

7. Updates & Support

Software updates are provided according to your license plan. We aim to provide timely email support but do not guarantee specific response times. Priority support is available with select license tiers as described on our pricing page.

8. Data & Privacy

AutoMark runs entirely offline. No student data, answer sheets, or grading results are transmitted to our servers. For information collected through our website, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoMark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Software or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where AutoMark is established.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Software or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
